Reporting to the Manager of Information Technology, the IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the functionality of the network and software systems, providing support to system users, and ensuring a top-notch network and system for our internal staff. The System Administrator is a key resource for installing, configuring, maintaining and supporting all hardware, software and communication platforms. Responsible for Tier 1 and Tier 2 hardware/software problems, ensuring a timely and accurate resolution, and providing end-user training where required.
