As the Office & Support Administrator, you will report to the Data Manager in support of both the Nutrition & Technical Integration Team as well as Sales – Business Unit Managers. You are personable, outgoing and friendly and love being the first point of contact in an office setting. You will be responsible for ensuring an effective and efficiently run office, managing such general tasks as office supply inventories, booking hotels, flights, car rentals and registrations.  You have excellent customer service skills and superior command of Microsoft Office Suite of software products. You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.


Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • General office duties
    • Office Accounts Payable
    • New Employee Packages
    • Meetings Coordination
    • Mail/Courier – incoming and outgoing
    • Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, inventories and facilities
    • Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed
    • Maintain current operating procedures for all duties assigned to this position
  • Monitor, prepare, file and distribute documentation related to the Medicated Ingredient Brochure
  • Receive, import and distribute lab analysis data
  • Compile pricing, sales, production and performance data into reports and/or charts accurately and efficiently
  • Other data management-related duties as necessary, assigned and or as skills allow


The successful candidate should enter the position with the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Office Administration or Receptionist position
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access
    • Proven working experience in data management or analysis is required
    • Strong knowledge of Excel: Skilled in VLOOKUP formula development, Macros and Pivot reporting is required
    • Demonstrated ability to use critical and strategic thinking to resolve discrepancies, fill gaps, and sustain quality control benchmarks
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings a plus
  • Must have strong attention to detail and be able to multitask
