manufactures quality
flour and cereal products on three of Canada's most
modern flour milling units. Our objective is to
custom mill products of consistent high quality,
backed with outstanding customer service.
The Flour Division is located in Hanover, Ontario. A new milling unit was completed in early 2004, bringing total flour capacity to 500 tonnes per 24 hours.
Wheat is sourced from Western Canada and Ontario to manufacture flour for industrial and commercial customers throughout Ontario.
Our full compliment of flours are specially blended for such products as bread, rolls, pastries, biscuits, cookies and cakes as well as specialty flour for artesian breads, bagels, pizza, tortillas, coatings, batters and breadings.
The flour mill seeks to be recognized as a supplier of choice by building on long-term relationships through consistent quality of products and outstanding customer service. To further meet customer expectations, the flour mill achieved its HACCP accreditation in 2003.
